On February 21, 2017, the Telegram channel for the pro-ISIS hacking group United Cyber Caliphate (UCC) posted a request for recruits in the areas of graphic design, banner-making, tweeting, and disseminating news on Telegram, Facebook and other social media services. Images were included of attacks on U.S. targets such as the Capitol Building and the Statue of Liberty. The post also provides an email address for contacting the leader on ProtonMail, a free encrypted email service.
