A pro-Islamic State (ISIS) hacking group has stepped up its efforts to promote the dissemination of ISIS propaganda on the popular social media website Instagram. Part of the group's announcement on Telegram read: "After Allah enabled us to carry out hackings and attacks on the Instagram website, we decided to open a group (a unit) for carrying out raids on the Instagram website by taking the news items we provide to those who will participate and disseminate them in designated locations [on Instagram]."
