Pro-ISIS Hacking Group Defaces Tunisian Government Website, Claims Responsibility On Telegram

On November 21, 2017, the "Islamic State Hacker" group claimed responsibility, on its Telegram channel, for the hacking and defacing of a Tunisian government website. Screenshots and the text of the message that appeared on the page were shared on several Telegram channels. The hacking method appears to be similar to that used previously by Islamic State (ISIS) supporters, and may be part of the same hacking campaign.
