Pro-ISIS Hacking Group Announces Plans On Telegram For Anti-U.S. Cyber Campaign

On December 5, 2017, the pro-Islamic State (ISIS) hacking group Electronic Ghosts Group of the Caliphate announced on Telegram that it would launch a cyberattack campaign against American targets on December 8.

The hacking group's first target, it said, is "the cursed United States." It added: "You are the first in line. You are head of the snake. You pigs worshippers. We will hack your sites and failed systems... [and these will be] black days [that] you will remember..."
