On March 24, 2017, the United Cyber Caliphate (UCC) announced on its Telegram channel that the hacking group will only use Telegram as a social media platform. In the past the UCC has been active on Twitter and on Facebook. The message also stated that the group does not have a bot for communication, and that four other UCC-affiliated Telegram channels listed would work in tandem with the UCC.
