On September 11, 2024, a pro-Al-Qaeda media outlet released a four-minute video titled "What Is the Solution?" inciting attacks against Americans and other Westerners, and encouraging cyber warfare against U.S. banks and companies, as well as targeting the heads of American companies, senior security and military officials, current and former presidents and governors.
