Pro-Al-Qaeda Telegram Channel Invites Followers To Communicate With Administrators Using 'Sarahah' Platform

On July 5, 2017, a pro-Al-Qaeda Telegram group said in a post that the Telegram channel's administrators can be contacted on a platform called Sarahah ("Honesty"). On this platform, which is popular across the Arab world, users can access the platform in both English and in Arabic. Sarahah allows users to send messages anonymously to one another on the platform. The Sarahah app is currently available on the Google Play store. It appears that the platform's logistics are still being worked on; Sarahah's About Us page explains that currently users cannot respond to messages.
