On March 9, 2021, a pro-Al-Qaeda media group released a poster on its channels on Telegram and on the Al-Qaeda-operated Rocket.Chat, announcing that was seeking recruits with expertise in hacking, "media raids", graphic and video design and editing, programming, and with providing jihadi supporters with social media accounts. It directed recruits to contact a Telegram bot.
