On Facebook, New Terror Group Ahrar-ul-Hind Vows Attacks In Urban Areas Of Pakistan

Ahrar-ul-Hind (AH), a militant group that claimed responsibility for the March 3 terror attack on a court in the Pakistani capital of Islamabad, joined social networking site Facebook on February 24. In early February, it also dissociated itself from the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) decision to hold peace negotiations with the Pakistani government.

Two days after it joined Facebook, it posted a statement in Urdu which was issued earlier on February 2, 2014 to express opposition to the TTP's decision to hold talks with Pakistan. The statement (see image above) reads: "Islam is a complete way of life and the Koran and Sunnah [traditions of Prophet Muhammad] are a path-showing torch for every Muslim, [and when] carrying [then] aloft towards the destination, every difficulty becomes a cause of reward and blessing [of Allah]. Carrying this goal, we too had jumped in the practical field alongside Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan.
