On February 26, 2025, Al-Azaim Media Foundation, a media outlet affiliated with Islamic State Khurasan Province (ISKP), released the 44th issue of its English-language magazine, Voice of Khurasan, which is published in multiple languages. This issue featured two posters soliciting financial support from Muslims as the holy month of Ramadan approaches. The first poster urged supporters to contribute using Monero cryptocurrency, a method that has appeared in previous editions of the magazine.
