On September 29, 2021, a new group that appears to be affiliated with Iran-backed Shi'ite militias in Iraq shared its first statement on Telegram, threatening to track and kill those who promote the normalization of diplomatic ties with Israel, saying the group has the military and cyber capacity to do so. A second post explained that the group plans to act anonymously, and provided a Telegram bot as a contact.
