On June 7, 2017, a member of a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Telegram group promoted on Telegram a tutorial for the messaging app Conversations. The app works on Android devices and, according to its website, its users can choose between three end-to-end encryption mechanisms to secure their communications.
The Telegram group where the individual posted his message focuses on Indonesia with much of its content posted in the Indonesian language.

The tutorial was provided by the Horizons Foundation (aka Electronic Horizon Foundation, EHF), a pro-ISIS body that provides jihadis with technical knowledge and support. The tutorial also included EHF's account on Conversations. Below are screenshots from the tutorial that was posted on Justpaste.it:
