On October 4, 2019, a jihadi Telegram channel published an article explaining the services that a virtual private network (VPN) provides, such as accessing websites that are blocked by location, i.e. geo-blocked. The article also compares VPN and TOR, saying that while a VPN is a good option for accessing geo-blocked websites, TOR is ideal to avoid being tracked online.
