Additional Information: The Monotheists' Electronic Army 3 is a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) WhatsApp group. The group was created on December 25, 2018 and has over 160 members.
On December 27, a user on the WhatsApp group listed a WhatsApp phone number that he says belongs to a "Nusairi pig working in politics" and asked other users to send malware to that number.
