On November 3, 2021, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media outlet which specializes in translating official ISIS releases into several languages published a post on Telegram listing a link to the group's special website on the TOR browser, which ensures user anonymity, in addition to links to the group's standard website, a site with links to new publications, and a Telegram channel for contacting the group.
