On August 30, 2021, a Syria-based jihadi cleric published a post on Telegram condemning YouTube for deleting an audio clip he posted, in which he spoke about the virtue of martyrdom, saying that even if there were no paradise, waging jihad would still be worth it, because martyrs can meet Allah in the hereafter.
