Following Telegram's recent purge of pro-Islamic State (ISIS) accounts, supporters of the group have been moving to the Element platform, where they are forming private and public chat groups to disseminate pro-ISIS content. The new groups are being promoted on the pro-ISIS rocket.chat server.
