On September 9, 2024 a user of the Islamic State (ISIS)-operated Rocket.Chat server asked how to properly delete ISIS material from his computer's hard drive so that they cannot be recovered by intelligence agencies. Two other users responded to his query, explaining how to encrypt his hard drive and permanently remove incriminating materials.
