ISIS Supporter Reports On Russian Cyber Attack On Japanese Metro, Alleged Leaked NATO Documents For Sale On Dark Web

On September 16, 2022, a user on the Rocket.Chat server operated by the Islamic State (ISIS) reported that Russian hackers carried out a cyber attack and brought some of Japan's metro service to a standstill, claiming that the attack was still ongoing. It also reported that classified NATO documents were leaked from Portugal's Military Command and are being offered for sale on the dark web.
