In the wake of the recent campaign on Telegram that targeted Islamic State (ISIS) accounts, ISIS media operatives and supporters have been forced to seek new secure and stable means to distribute material, which mainly consists of news items, picture sets, and short video clips. On December 9, 2019, ISIS's official media outlet began to post its material on a new blog created on the popular Blogger platform.
