On April 30, 2022 Ali Shamkhani, Secretary Of Iran's National Security Council, tweeted in English, Hebrew, Russian, Arabic, and Farsi: "Great Khomeini's call for freedom and oppression has penetrated deeper than ever into the hearts of the lovers of Islamic Revolution and the sound of the bones of international Zionism being broken can be heard louder." The tweets marked Quds Day, an annual event established by the Islamic Republic of Iran to express support of Palestinians and oppose Zionism and Israel. Shamkhani has over 22,000 followers on Twitter.
