The head of Iran's Civil Defense Organization, Brig.-Gen. Gholamreza Jalal, has underlined his organization's full preparedness to defend Iran against any possible cyber attacks by enemy states, and has said that Iran plans to make use of an Iran-designed cyber defense system in the near future.
Speaking at the Iran's second national conference on cyber defense, Jalali underlined the necessity for nationwide preparedness against enemies' cyber threats. He said that Iran should consider the development of a smart domestic cyber defense model a top priority.
