On Hoop, Pro-ISIS Outlet Warns Followers Of Hacking Attack On Twitter Accounts

On July 17, 2020 a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media outlet posted a warning on Hoop messenger claiming that hackers have been taking over Twitter accounts, and calling for followers to change their email addresses and activate two-step verification on their Twitter accounts.
