On Facebook, U.S.-Based Pro-ISIS User Solicits Bitcoin Donations For Women In Al-Hol Camp, Syria

On September 6, 2020 a U.S.-based Facebook user who frequently posts pro-Islamic State (ISIS) content posted a request for donations for women held in Al-Hol camp, Syria. The user provided Telegram contact details for making bitcoin donations, saying bitcoin payments can be "more anonymous."
