Algerian Operative Hacks Cameroonian Websites In Retaliation For "Biased" Arbitration Of Soccer Match, Claim Users Of ISIS-Run Chat Server

On April 26, 2022, two users of the Rocket.Chat server run by the Islamic State (ISIS) published a post in English and Arabic claiming that an Algerian operative hacked two Cameroonian websites in response to the March 29 soccer match between Algeria and Cameroon, during which "the Algerian team was killed due to the corruption and bias of the Gambian referee." The post went on the threaten that additional hacking operations will be carried out in the future.
