Taliban Commander Maulavi Hayatullah Al-Akbar: 'The Mujahideen Control and Actually Govern 80% of the Territory of [Afghanistan's] Badghis Province'

The website of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (the Taliban's shadow government in the country) recently published an interview with Maulavi Hayatullah Al-Akbar, the Taliban's official for Afghanistan's Badghis province.

Maulavi Hayatullah Al-Akbar, who is 31-years-old, was born to a religious family in the village of Jawi Kanj in the Balamar Ghab district of Badghis province. According to the interview, he performed significant services in different provinces of Afghanistan, and was appointed by the Islamic Emirate leadership as the general official responsible for the mujahideen in Badghis province. ...
