October 9, 2012 Special Dispatch No.4994 Urdu Magazine Marks 9/11 Anniversary, Details Planning Of The Attacks And Their Benefit To Global Jihad: 'Analysts Created This Conspiracy Theory … [That 9/11] Was A U.S. Or Jewish Conspiracy In Order To Divert Minds And Take Away The Credit From The Mujahideen' The Urdu-language jihadist magazine Nawa-i-Afghan Jihad (the Voice of Afghan Jihad) published a number of articles in its September 2012 issue to mark the 11th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. Excerpts from three such articles, which reveal the planning for the attacks and also its benefits for the Muslim world, are published below. In one of the articles, the magazine says that the planning of the 9/11 attacks was first proposed by Khalid Sheikh Mohammad to Al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden as early as 1996, suggesting to target nuclear installations in America.
