Palestinian intellectual Prof. Muhammad Dajani, founder of the Wasatiya ("Middle Way") Movement, which aims to promote a peaceful solution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, recently led a group of Palestinian students to Auschwitz as part of efforts to inform and educate Palestinians about the Holocaust. This initiative sparked mounting criticism and pressures against him from Palestinian critics, which led him to resign from his post at the Al-Quds University.
