New Al-Qa'ida Online Magazine Features Interview with a 'Most-Wanted' Saudi Islamist, Calls for Killing of Americans and Non-Muslims

Supporters of the Al-Qa'ida organization in Saudi Arabia launched a new on-line magazine, " The Voice of Jihad." The magazine was described as a "biweekly dealing with Jihad and the Mujahideen in the Arabian Peninsula."
