On September 17, 2015, the information office of the Islamic State (ISIS) in Al-Khair province released a video criticizing Syrian and Iraqi refugees who risk their lives to reach Europe. The video, which is 21 minutes long, featured an unidentified speaker urging Muslims to come live in the Islamic State rather than in Europe because it is obligatory upon Muslims to live in the land of Islam and leave the land of Kufr (unbelief). The video, titled "To the Camps of Abandonment" also included interviews with a number of residents of the Islamic State who called on the refugees to come live in the Caliphate. The interviewees noted that in the Islamic State, people enjoy living in dignity with their families, unlike the humiliation, danger and blackmail that they suffer in the camps and from smugglers. They also criticized Muslim leaders and scholars for being silent regarding the war being waged on ISIS and for not supporting the mujahideen.

On September 16, 2015, the information office for the Islamic State (ISIS) in Salah Al-Din Province in Iraq released a video titled "Would You Substitute Something Good For Something Far Inferior?!" The video features an ISIS cleric and two fighters, one of them apparently French, who harshly criticize the migrants leaving Iraq and Syria for relinquishing their honor and abandoning the fighters that shed blood for Islam and for their people. The cleric argues that "the lands of unbelief" such as Germany and France embrace Muslim immigrants out of their economic interests and with the intent to convert them to Christianity. The men then call on Muslim youths to immediately immigrate to the Islamic State.

On September 16, 2015, the Islamic State (ISIS) Hadramout province in Yemen released a video titled "A Message to the Refugees [Heading] to the Abode of Unbelief." In it, an unnamed speaker warns Muslim refugees who left the Islamic State to seek refuge in the West that they have committed a "grave sin," and urges them to return to the Islamic State.

On September 16, 2015, the Islamic State (ISIS) Al-Janoub province in Iraq released a brief message directed at Muslim refugees who left areas controlled by ISIS to embark on a dangerous journey to a number of Western countries in Europe.

 

EXCLUSIVE: Taliban Website: Mullah Omar's Family Members Offer Oath Of Fealty To New Afghan Taliban Leader Mullah Akhtar Mansoor

According to the Afghan Taliban's Urdu-language website, the family members of the deceased Taliban leader Mullah Mohammad Omar have offered bai'yah (oath of fealty) to his successor Mullah Mohammad Akhtar Mansoor.

 

EXCLUSIVE: Samir Quntar Criticizes U.S. For Designating Him A Terrorist: 'Crude Interference'

Released Lebanese terrorist and Hizbullah operative Samir Quntar responded to the recent U.S. State Department's designation of him as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist, along with several Hamas leaders. Calling the decision "Israeli-made," Quntar said that this was "clear aggression" and "crude interference" on the part of the U.S. administration. Speaking on Hizbullah's Al-Manar TV channel on September 9, Quntar also criticized the Lebanese foreign ministry for remaining silent.

On September 8, 2015, the media bureau of the Damascus Province of ISIS released a video showing the destruction of the Mar Elian monastery in the town of Al-Qaryatayn, Syria, which took place last month. In the video, which was posted on Shumoukh Al-Islam, an ISIS-affiliated online forum, the group described the Mar Elian monastery as a place of worship of gods other than Allah.

On September 17, 2015, the Islamic State (ISIS) media office in the Al-Furat province published a series of photos showing the execution of a man convicted of homosexuality.

 

Al-Qaeda Leader Ayman Al-Zawahiri Calls For Lone-Wolf Attacks In U.S., Urges Jihadi Groups To Unite

On September 12, 2015, leading jihadi forum Al-Fida' published an audio speech in which Al-Qaeda leader Ayman Al-Zawahiri called on Muslims living in the West, and the U.S. in particular, to carry out lone-wolf-style attacks to harm the "crusader's alliance." In his speech, the second part of his "Islamic Spring" series, Al-Zawahiri urged jihadi groups fighting in Iraq and Syria to unite, and suggested "urgent measures" to be considered for trust to be built between them. It should be noted that Al-Zawahiri referred to the late Taliban leader Mullah Omar as "emir of the believers," which suggests that the recording took place before last August, when he pledged allegiance to the Taliban's new commander Mullah Akhtar Muhammad Mansour. 

 

AQAP Praises Yemeni Groups That Are Fighting The Houthi, Calls On Them To Reject Democracy, Implement Sharia

On September 17, 2015, Al-Malahem, the media arm of Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), published a video statement in which Khaled Batarfi, a prominent member of the group, praised Yemeni groups that are fighting the Houthi and the forces of ousted Yemeni president Ali Abdalla Saelh.

 

ISIS Supporters Share Secret List Of Twitter Accounts They Claim Report On Them So Twitter Will Shut Them Down

Islamic State (ISIS) supporters are circulating a list of 1,400 Twitter accounts that they say are reporting their accounts to Twitter so that the latter will shut them down. The circulation of the list, according to the user who shared it, is aimed at allowing ISIS supporters to block the accounts on it, so that there is less of a chance that they will be reported to Twitter.

 

ISIS Hacking Division Releases 'Kill List' Of 100 U.S. Military Personnel On Twitter

On September 11, 2015 an account called ISHD (Islamic State Hacking Division) released a "kill list" of 100 U.S. military personnel.  Two lists are available in PDF form. The Twitter account tagged CNN, Fox News, and the New York Times, and wrote, "Happy 9-11."

 

Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) Creates Facebook Page; Posts Direct Readers To Visit Its Blog On Wordpress.com

Despite efforts by Facebook to remove jihadi content, an official page of the Pakistani jihadi group Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has been created on Facebook, with over 435 followers.

 

Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) Claims Responsibility For Attack On Pakistan Air Force Base In Peshawar, Claims 250 Soldiers Killed

Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has claimed responsibility for the September 18 attack on the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) base at Badhaber, on the outskirts of Peshawar, in which dozens of soldiers and civilians were killed.

 

Afghan Taliban Spokesman In Interview: 'Afghanistan Is Still Under American Occupation'; 'Our Jihadi Front Is A Madrassa For Training'

Zabihullah Mujahid is the spokesman for the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (the Taliban shadow organization in Afghanistan). The Islamic Emirate recently appointed Mullah Mohammad Akhtar Mansoor as its new Emir after revealing that his predecessor, Mullah Mohammad Omar, had died in April 2013.
