EXCLUSIVE: French Islamic State Fighters Urge Muslims In France To Immigrate To Caliphate, Urge Them To Target And Terrorize France

On November 19, 2014, the Islamic State (ISIS), via Al-Hayat Media, released a seven-minute video titled "What Are You Waiting For?" The video features several French ISIS fighters, who call upon French Muslims to immigrate to the Islamic State, saying that they have no more excuses to remain behind now that the caliphate has been established. The men also call upon French Muslims to target ISIS's enemies, and particularly France. "Kill them and spit in their faces and run over them with your cars," one fighter informs French Muslims. Another fighter says that entire families have traveled to the caliphate, and that they plan on raising their children there so that future generations will be able to fight the Crusaders and apostates.

ISIS fighter: "We congratulate our brothers in the Sinai, Algeria, Yemen, and the Arabian Peninsula for the pledge of allegiance to the Emir of the Believers. We also congratulate the Emir of the Believers, Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi, for the pledge of allegiance by those brothers. I bring you the glad tidings of our conquest of the Arabian Peninsula and the rest of the world."

 

One Of The Beheaders In Latest ISIS Video Is French ISIS Fighter Maxime Hauchard

The mass beheading of Syrian officers shown in the latest Islamic State (ISIS) video was apparently carried out by a unit of foreign fighters, or else a group of such fighters selected specifically for this task. One of them has been identified by MEMRI as Maxime Hauchard, 22, who goes by the alias Abdallah Al-Faransi. Jihadi sources online suggest other members of the execution squad may be European as well.

 

Video: ISIS Beheads American Hostage Peter Kassig, Dozens Of Syrian Officers

On November 16, 2014, the Islamic State (ISIS) released a new video titled 'Although the Unbelievers Dislike It,' in which the British ISIS operative known as 'Jihadi John' delivers a message to the U.S. and to president Obama after holding up the severed head of American hostage Peter Kassig.

 

Increasing Support For Islamic State (ISIS) In Libya's Eastern Region Of Barqa, Including Pro-ISIS Military Parade And Mass Pledge Of Loyalty To Al-Baghdadi

In the last few days, there have been increasing signs of support for the Islamic State (ISIS) in Libya's eastern region of Barqa. The region includes the cities of Benghazi and Derna, strongholds of the two pro-ISIS militant groups Ansar Al-Shari'a in Libya (ASL) and Majlis Shoura Shabab Al-Islam (MSSI). Photos of various activities in Barqa, such as a military parade by the "caliphate army" and a group pledge of loyalty to ISIS leader Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi, have been posted online. It is noteworthy that these photos carry the "Islamic State" inscription on the lower left in addition to "Barqa" on the lower right. Barqa is also referred to as wilaya (province), that is, an ISIS province.

 

Islamic State Takes Responsibility For Attack On UN Convoy In Baghdad, Says Attack Brought Back 'The Americans' Hell' In Iraq

The Islamic State (ISIS) has claimed responsibility for the November 16, 2014 suicide attack against a UN convoy near Baghdad International Airport, which the group said had killed Americans who were securing the convoy. It added that the attack had brought back "the "Americans' hell" in Iraq, and that it had been carried out by Abu Mu'awiyya Al-Falluji.

 

Lebanese Daily: ISIS Planning Attacks On U.S. Embassy In Baghdad

The Lebanese daily Al-Mustaqbal reports that the Iraqi government has intelligence that the Islamic State (ISIS) plans to attack the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad. 

 

Dutch Jihadi In Syria Tweets About Turkestan Islamic Party (TIP) Fighters' Arrival In Syria

On November 12, 2014, the Twitter account of Israfil Yilmaz, a former Dutch soldier of Turkish origin who joined the jihad against the Assad regime, posted a photo showing what he said were fighters from the Turkestan Islamic Party (TIP) in Syria. Yilmaz wrote: "No passports, undercover through more than 6 countries. Lions of the Turkistan region: Al Hizb Islami Turkistan [i.e. TIP]."

 

Video Issued By Ansar Bait Al-Maqdis, ISIS 's Branch In Sinai, Documents Deadly Attack On Egyptian Soldiers, Warns Egyptian Army, Al-Sisi: This Is Just The Beginning, The Worst Is Yet To Come

On November 15, 2014, the Sinai-based jihad group Ansar Bait Al-Maqdis (ABM), which recently pledged allegiance to ISIS and was recognized by the latter as its branch in Sinai, issued a 30-minute video called "The Ansar Attack." The film, publicized via ABM's official Twitter account and posted on YouTube, documents the group's October 24, 2014 bombing of the Karam Al-Qawadis Egyptian army base in Sinai, in which dozens of soldiers were killed, as well as a series of other operations. The gory footage is accompanied by threats against the Egyptian military and Egyptian President 'Abd Al-Fattah Al-Sisi, and promises that this attack will be the first of many.

 

Anonymous Egyptian Jihad Organization Claims Responsibility For Attack On Egyptian Navy Ship

Following the November 12, 2014 attack on the Egyptian navy ship off the port of Damietta,  the jihadi forum alplatformmedia.com reported that "a jihad group" (whose name is not specified) has claimed responsibility for kidnapping the ship's crew in order to exchange them for prisoners in Egyptian jails. 

 

AQIM Releases Video Of French And Dutch Hostages Pleading For Their Release

On November 17, 2014, Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) released a three minute video appeal by two hostages that it holds, a French citizen and a Dutch citizen, imploring their respective governments to secure their release. The first speaker is Frenchman Serge Lazarevic, the last known remaining French hostage , who was kidnapped in Mali in 2011. He is shown wearing a black turban and sitting in a vehicle's passenger seat.

 

Arab Anonymous Hackers Group Expresses Support For Islamic State (ISIS), Offers It 'Electronic Support' Against Its Enemies, Threatens Attacks On U.S. If It Continues Interfering In Muslims' Affairs

On November 17, 2014, the hacker collective Anonymous released a video expressing support for the Islamic State (ISIS), while offering it "electronic support" to fight its enemies. The video, whose authenticity couldn't be verified, was posted on the YouTube channel of AnonymousARAB-TV, and is 3:15 in duration. The video expresses sympathy with ISIS, saying it comprises a group of mujahideen who seek to establish an Islamic state "on the path of prophethood."
