The Culture Commission of the Tora Bora Front, a militant group that is part of the Taliban movement fighting against Afghan and NATO forces in eastern Afghanistan, has published "Da Mujahid Kitab" (The Book of a Mujahid) and released it on a jihadi internet forum associated with Al-Qaeda. The Tora Bora Front is led by Anwarul Haq Mujahid, son of late Maulvi Muhammad Younas Khalis, a former jihadi leader who fought against Soviet troops in Afghanistan in the 1980s. Khalis also led his own faction of Hizb-e-Islami Afghanistan.
