August 16, 2012 Special Dispatch No.4888 In Interview, Taliban's Head For Jihadi Affairs In Ghazni Province Explains Mujahideen's Control Of Various Areas, Denies Reports Of Taliban Ban On Schools In an interview with The Express Tribune in Pakistan, Maulvi Rahmatullah, the Afghan Taliban's Head of Jihadi Affairs for Afghanistan's southern province of Ghazni, assesses the Taliban's activities in the province and explains how a U.S. attempt to form an anti-Taliban militia failed. The interview was published by Mahnama Shariat, which is an Urdu-language monthly magazine published by the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (the Taliban's shadow government).
