In recent months, an increased number of Turkish-language jihadi publications have appeared online. One such case is the İslam Dünyasi ("Islamic World") magazine - a Turkish periodical that is published on top Al-Qaeda forums. The magazine thus far has put out three issues. The bulk of the content so far has consisted of Turkish translations of previously published Al-Qaeda propaganda, messages of Al-Qaeda commanders, and interviews with prominent Salafi-jihadi clerics, such as the Jordanian Abu Muhammad Al-Maqdisi. It also features various commentaries and news reports from around the Muslim and jihadi world.
