Following are excerpts from an address by Egyptian cleric Muhammad Hassan, which aired on Al-Rahma TV on June 1, 2012.
Muhammad Hassan: "The American mentality is mighty in materialistic matters and in science, but look what it is like in matters of faith and values. It worships Jesus, son of Mary, instead of Allah. It defended abominable racism, based upon skin color. They came from the end of the world to export the accursed, so-called 'democracy' to Muslim countries, through the barrels of cannons and tanks and on airplanes.
"Look at the Russian mentality, which is creative when it comes to materialistic matters. Its slogan is that it believes in three things and repudiates three others. It believes in Lenin, in Stalin, and in public property, and it repudiates God, religion, and private property.
"Look at the Greek mentality, which defends prostitution and bullfighting.
"Look at the Indian mentality, which defends cow worship. Gandhi said that he would always take pride, before the whole world, in his worshipping of cows. When asked for the reason, he said that it was because he worshipped them and they did not demand a thing in return. In the interest of fairness, however, he was innovative in other aspects. [...]
"Allah disgraced the Jews, those repulsive and despicable creatures. He said: 'Is it only a part of the book that you believe in, while you reject the rest? And what is the reward of those among you who do so, save disgrace in this world, and on the Day of Judgment they shall be consigned to the most grievous doom.'" [...]
