Recently, two videos by the Jama'at Al-Tawhid Wal-Jihad in the Philippines group were posted on the Shumoukh Al-Islam jihadi forum. In the first, three minutes in length and posted November 7, 2011, a masked man, "Abu Jihad Al-Luzuni," apparently a Filipino, accused the U.S. of occupying the Philippines, and of torturing, scattering, and killing Muslims. He went on to swear allegiance to Al-Qaeda leader Ayman Al-Zawahiri and to other Al-Qaeda-affiliated groups. ...
