On October 11, 2011, the jihadi forum Shumoukh Al-Islam published an audio message from Al-Qaeda leader Ayman Al-Zawahiri. The 13-minute clip, produced by Al-Qaeda's media company, Al-Sahab, is titled "The U.S.'s Defeats Come One after Another." In the message, Al-Zawahiri congratulates the Libyans on their victory and warns them not to allow others, especially NATO, to usurp it from them and reap its fruits. He calls on them not to compromise under any circumstances on implementing the shari'a as the sole source of authority for legislation in their country....
