On July 7, 2011, Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM), via its media wing Al-Andalus, released the audio of an interview with Sheikh Abu 'Ubayda Yousef Al-'Annabi, who is a member of AQIM's Shari'a Council.
