Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Announces Launch of 'Operation Victory' Against U.S. and NATO Troops Across Afghanistan

The Taliban in Afghanistan have announced that today, May 10, 2010, they are launching Operation Al-Fatah (Victory) across Afghanistan. The announcement came in a statement issued May 8, 2010 by the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the Taliban’s shadow government in Afghanistan.
