On November 18, 2015, the media office of the Islamic State (ISIS) in Homs Province released a video on Twitter[1] titled "What's Coming Will Be Even Worse." About 10 minutes long, the video features three ISIS fighters who praise the November 13 Paris attacks and promise more attacks to come. The speakers urge jihad fighters to continue targeting French interests everywhere, by every available means. One of them threatens that large-scale attacks, similar to 9/11, are still in store for France. Another specifies that in "the Christian statelets" there are hundreds of suicide attackers who are ready for action, waiting only for a signal from ISIS leader Al-Baghdadi.

The following are the main points of the messages:

The first speaker

The first speaker appearing in the video is masked and he sends a list of threats to Western countries headed by France noting: "And as for you oh worshipers of the cross, headed by Byzantine/Roman France, we address you in a blood-dripping voice and promise you further actions of this nature and black days… So expect the worst of all to hit you." Later on he adds: "We promise you other additional days like September 11, like the raid on Manhattan and like Paris' day of blood".

Turning to ISIS fighters the spokesperson beseeches them: "do not spare any efforts in fighting Allah's enemies with all means and methods, detonation, stabbing, assassination and harming their interests everywhere", and he he also emphasizes that the Paris attacks were a response to French intervention in Syria, Iraq, Mali and Afghanistan and prior to that in North African countries.

The second speaker whose face is revealed also begins with praise for the Paris attack's perpetrators. Likewise, he implores the mujahideen in France to continue executing such actions repeatedly. Later, he addresses France noting: "we tell you France, defender the Cross, just as you conduct attacks on Muslim states, we're going to attack you right in your very home with Allah's help… I swear, what you have witnessed is merely one [down] payment on a very long account, and the coming future will be worse and more bitter". Later on this speaker says that hundreds of suicide are waiting in the Western countries: "a message to you puny little Western countries, prepare for not hundreds of suicide attackers but thousands of suicide attackers who merely await the authorization of the sheikh our caliph Abu Bakr Abu Husseini Al-Qurashi [Al-Baghdadi] – may Allah preserve him [in order to act] expect the worst possible thing to strike you, expect car bombs. expect the explosive belts and assassinations."

The second speaker

The final speaker in the clip is masked and appears in a very brief segment citing verses from the Koran which promise that Islam's enemies will be subdued.
