On November 20, 2015, the Islamic State (ISIS) Al-Jazeera province released a five-minute video praising the November 13 attacks in Paris. Titled "As You Kill, You Shall Be Killed," the video notes that the Paris attacks were a response to France's aggressions against the Islamic State. It also threatens Russia, the U.S., and other European countries with similar attacks for their war against the Islamic State.

The video was released on the Shumoukh Al-Islam jihadi forum and hosted on the Internet Archive.

An Austrian ISIS fighter named Abu Hamza Al-Austri delivers a message in German that is accompanied by Arabic subtitles. He emphasizes the need for Muslims to fight the unbelievers while noting the importance of jihad. He also calls upon Muslims living in the West to make hijra to the Islamic State, and urges those who can't to wage jihad in their countries.

Abu Hamza Al-Austri

Al-Austri says that Allah will avenge Muslims just like He did in France. He also praises those who carried out the "blessed raid" in Paris and prays that Allah accepts them among His martyrs.

He also threats more such retaliatory attacks against the Muslims' enemies, and says: "O Muslims, your blood shall not go in vain, and we shall avenge every drop of your blood that was spilled."

Addressing the "tyrants" in the U.S., Turkey, and several European countries, Al-Austri says: "O those who allied amongst each other to fight us, realize that our soldiers are near you, and that you will not live in security as long as you are fighting us and bombing us with your planes."

Another speaker, Abu Ayyoub Al-Shishani, delivers a message in Russian, and also says that the attacks there were a response to France's aggressions against the Islamic State: "What happened to your country and people was the result of your ill policy regarding your war against the Islamic State." He also warns of more attack if the war against ISIS continues: "If you do not end your war against the Islamic State, then these operations will be repeated and [will be] more violent."

Abu Ayyoub Al-Shishani

Speaking to the French people, Al-Shishani reiterates that the Paris attacks were the "result of your government's war on the Islamic State."

Addressing the Russian government and Russians in general, Al-Shishani threatens them with similar attacks for their role in supporting the Bashar Al-Assad regime in Syria. He says: "Here are your airplanes bombing Muslims... daily, and you think you will not pay the price for your crimes!" He also threatens: "Inshallah, what happened in France will happen in your country, so await!"

Al-Shishani directs similar threat to coalition countries fighting ISIS, and says: "Inshallah, we will take revenge from all the countries that are participating in the Crusader coalition [against ISIS], and that what happened in France, will happen to them as well."
