On November 20, 2015, the media office of the Islamic State (ISIS) in Aleppo released a new video featuring two ISIS fighters praising the November 13 Paris attacks, and calling on Muslims living in France to carry out similar operations.

The video, which was titled "Paris Has Collapsed" and was posted on the ISIS-affiliated jihadi forum Shumoukh Al-Islam, showed an image of the Eiffel Tower collapsing, along with images of the attacks and an audio recording of an ISIS spokesman threatening that the group will invade France before conquering Rome.

Speaking in French, the first fighter, dressed in military garb and carrying a rifle, criticized the Muslims for living and working in France, saying that France sends airplanes to bomb and kill Muslim women and children every day. Addressing French President Francois Hollande, he said: "We will strike again as long as you attack us in our country, we will attack you in your country. This is just the beginning. What is coming is greater and bitter than this."

The second speaker first congratulated the Paris attackers, and then reiterated that France has killed Muslim women and children and promised that ISIS would carry out more attacks, as big as 9/11: "To the brothers in France," he said "prepare and put your trust in Allah. Once you put your trust in Allah, nothing will stop you."
