On November 24, 2015, the media office of the Islamic State (ISIS) in Al-Raqqah province in released a new video featuring French-speaking ISIS fighters threatening people living in France with more attacks on their homes, schools, streets, hospitals, and public places.

In the video, titled "In the Heart of Your Countries" and posted on ISIS-affiliated leading jihadi forum Shumoukh Al-Islam, two ISIS fighters praised the November 13 Paris attacks, called on the coalition forces to send ground troops to fight them instead of bombing their cities, and promised more attacks soon.

The first speaker, who was masked, first praised the Paris attacks, and then threatened the West with ISIS attacks on their schools, streets, homes, hospitals and public places. "Europe will be set on fire, and your blood will be spilled until it reaches your knees. We will carry out the best operations in your countries soon because you refuse to come to our lands."

Taunting France President Francois Hollande for his declaration of a war on ISIS that he could not win, and also U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry for his statement that ISIS's days are numbered, he called on the coalition forces to fight ISIS on the ground instead of bombing it. He asked: "What would you do with men who see their victory under your missiles?" and added, "Our death is a reward and our martyrdom is a wish."

He concluded with by calling on the "brothers" who live in the West to carry out attacks: "Make them sit on their knees and behead them," he said.

The second speaker also praised the Paris attacks, and stated that there will be more operations against the coalition countries. Reiterating that aerial bombardment will not harm or stop ISIS, he noted that it would continue targeting the West as long as it is being bombed. ISIS is getting stronger, he said; it will soon conquer Baghdad and Damascus. Addressing President Francois Hollande and all the European countries, he said: "You should know that we will fight, and since you don't want to come to the ground to fight face to face like men, [and] instead are bombing cities and civilians, we will fight you in your public places. Our brothers will attack you everywhere. Soon, even buying bread will be very difficult for you. Wait for that."

He ended his message by encouraging the Muslims in France to carry out attacks, and warned that the infidels have entered into a war that they will not win.
