Following Hamas Attacks On Israel, Neo-Nazis And White Supremacists Praise Hamas, Celebrate Deaths Of Jews

On October 7, 2023, Hamas launched operation Al-Aqsa Flood, a surprise attack on Israel on the early morning of a major Jewish holiday. Since the attack played out neo-Nazis and white supremacists around the world have been energized by the attack, with many praising Hamas and celebrating the bloodshed. Others voiced their support for deaths and suffering on both sides of the conflict.

The following report highlights neo-Nazi and white supremacist reactions to the ongoing conflict in Gaza on social media outlets including Telegram, Gab, X, Stormfront, and YouTube.

US Neo-Nazis And White Supremacists Express Praise For Hamas And Operation Al-Aqsa Flood  

A Storm Front user wrote that he wishes he could attend a Palestinian solidarity rally in New York City, and suggested that attendees pass out antisemitic flyers created by a neo-Nazi group.

A neo-Nazi Telegram channel posted on October 8 a video with a compilation of footage of IDF soldiers who were killed in the hostilities with Hamas. The video has been overlaid with the text: "Total Kike Death." The channel wrote: "GLORY TO HAMAS. TOTAL JEWISH DEATH."

On Telegram, a neo-Nazi channel posted on October 7 a photo of two Hamas terrorists posing with a corpse, apparently of an Israeli. The terrorists' faces have been covered with Palestinian flags overlaid with totenkopfs, while the victim's face has been replaced with the face of the Happy Merchant. The channel wrote, "Based palestine."

International Neo-Nazi And White Supremacists Praise Launching Of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood And Hamas Surprise Attack Tactics

On Telegram, an Australian neo-Nazi group forwarded on October 10 a video showing a large gathering of pro-Palestine protesters at Sydney Opera House calling “gas the Jews,” “fuck the Jews,” and “Allahu Akbar.”
