Following are excerpts from an address delivered
by Hizbullah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah at a rally, which aired
on Al-Manar TV on May 11, 2012.
Hassan Nasrallah: In 2006, we definitely could have struck Tel Aviv
to a certain extent. But we wanted to protect our capital, Beirut, so
we did not strike Tel Aviv. Today, however, not only are we capable
of striking the city of Tel Aviv as a whole, but we are capable –
if Allah wills it – of striking very specific targets in Tel Aviv
and anywhere else in occupied Palestine.

Hassan Nasrallah: Gone are the days when we would leave our homes,
but they would not leave their homes, which they built o plundered [lands].
Gone are the days when we would be displaced, but they would not be
displaced. Gone are the days when our homes were destroyed, but their
homes remained intact. Gone are the days when we would be afraid, but
they would not.
I say to you: The time has come when we will survive, and they will
be annihilated.
