Libyan TV Host Hala Masrati Claims that Al-Jazeera TV Cameraman Was Murdered by Al-Jazeera Itself

Following is an excerpt from a statement made by Libyan TV host Hala Masrati, which aired on Al-Libiya TV on March 28, 2011.

Hala Masrati: Swine-zeera TV continue to insist that we have abducted their reporters. Now they are trying to rally the "human wrongs" organizations and the "uncivil society" organizations against Libya. As always, they are trying to accuse the Leader [Qadhafi] of being behind the abduction of these spies.

Similarly, when a cameraman of Al-Jazeera was murdered – or rather, a Swine-zeera crewman – they accused us of killing him.

Al-Jazeera TV has a history. Whenever it discovers that a crewman is about to expose its conduct, Al-Jazeera TV murders him, or bombs its own offices. This is nothing new. This happened in Iraq and in other countries around the world. This is not the first time that Al-Jazeera murders its own employees.
