Former Lebanese Minister Wiam Wahhab: Husni Mubark Is Completely Crazy; I Support an Iranian Nuclear Bomb

Following are excerpts from an interview with former Lebanese MP Wiam Wahhab, which aired on Al-Alam TV on December 17, 2009.

Wiam Wahhab: What we are witnessing today in Egypt is a real disgrace. Husni Mubarak is completely crazy if he builds a steel wall, 17 meters deep, in order to prevent the smuggling of food to the people. He is a real criminal, who must be held accountable by the Egyptian people, even before the Arab peoples. Only a real criminal would deprive the Palestinians of food and water. What led this crazy man to do this?!

Saud Al-Faysal is inciting the world against Iran, so that it will not obtain nuclear weapons. I would like to ask you, Your Highness Prince Al-Faysal: How would an Iranian nuclear weapon, if it is obtained, harm you? The Iranians say that their project is for peaceful purposes, but I support an Iranian nuclear bomb, in order to offset the Israeli bomb.

Why is it a problem when there is an Islamic player in the region which protects you, Prince [Faysal], first of all, as well as all the peoples of the region, from the Israeli nuclear bomb? In the worst case scenario, they will kill one another.
