Palestinian Activists in Lebanon Blow up a Model of Israeli Tank

Following is an excerpt from a TV report on Lebanese-Palestinian activists celebrating the Gaza war, which aired on Al-Jadid/New TV on January 22, 2009.

Reporter: Even though the Israeli entity pulled back from its aggression against Gaza, the resistance is always ready to face any aggression by the occupation. The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine in Ein Al-Hilweh reconstructed the heroic battles of the Palestinian resistance, by symbolically blowing up a model of a Zionist tank. Fireworks were used for the operation, which was attended by representatives of the Palestinian factions, as well as of Lebanese political parties. The speeches delivered emphasized the role of the resistance in driving the occupation out of Palestine.
