Former Jordanian MP Abu Sukkar Praises Stabbings, Calls for More Attacks

Former Jordanian MP Ali Abu Sukkar, the deputy secretary-general of the Islamic Action Front, praised the stabbings and other attacks and said: "If all this has been achieved by a bunch of young men, women, and children, what would happen if even more joined in?" Speaking on the Jordanian Kaifa TV channel on November 10, 2015, Abu Sukkar, who was dismissed from parliament after paying a condolence visit to Abu Mus'ab Al-Zarqawi's family following his death, said that the Al-Aqsa Mosque was being "defiled" by the "sons of apes and pigs."

Following are excerpts:

TV host Taysir Al-Fityani, former Jordanian MP, member of Palestinian Islamic Shcolars Association Abroad: Jerusalem is in danger now. It is endangered by some Westernized Arabs, by the Zionist Jews, and by the Western Crusader world, which has staged a rabid and ruthless attack on Islam and the Muslims, in order to eliminate this religion.

But with the grace of Allah, Jerusalem will be the linchpin of Muslim consensus and unity, so that they progress again and regain their glory.

Ali Abu Sukkar: There are responsibilities that apply to officials, to governments, and to peoples. Let me start with the officials and the rulers. This is not about a certain group of people. What will the people who were in office when Al-Aqsa was under attack say to Allah? The Al-Aqsa Mosque is being defiled on their watch, and free Muslim women in ribat at the Al-Aqsa Mosque are being attacked by those pigs, by the sons of apes and pigs. What will the [Arab officials] say to Allah?

Jerusalem belongs to its people. Palestine, from the [Jordan] river to the [Mediterranean] Sea, belongs to its people.

Taysir Al-Fityani: And Al-Aqsa belongs only to the Muslims.

Ali Abu Sukkar: When we talk about Al-Aqsa, we are talking about 144 dunams. We are talking about everything within the walls.

Twelve Jews have been killed. True, there have been 75 martyrs from among our people in Palestine, but whole armies could not have achieved what they have achieved. There are hundreds of Jews who have been wounded by stabbing, by being run over with cars, and by other simple methods.

Taysir Al-Fityani: What about the psychological effect?

Ali Abu Sukkar: There are thousands [of Jews] who have emigrated from Palestine, and there are hundreds of thousands, if not millions, who are living in a state of mental and nervous breakdown. They live in fear and with a lack of security and stability – not to mention the economic losses that this entity has incurred.

If all this has been achieved by a bunch of young men, women, and children, what would happen if even more joined in? What would happen if this Intifada were endorsed on a higher level? What if this Intifada were endorsed by the so-called "Palestinian Authority"?

As a matter of fact, I wash my hands of this Palestinian Authority, and I don't think it will play a role in the liberation [of Palestine]. Its president declares, loud and clear, that he is against the Intifada.

Nothing can be achieved by talk, by condemnations, or by communiqués. Results can be achieved only through power and through Jihad. These Jews do not understand the diplomatic language of the so-called peace. We have experience. I am not just saying this. Decades have passed since some Arab countries signed agreements with that entity.
