User Of Pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Encrypted Chat Promotes Booklet About Drones, Recommending Models For Surveillance, 'Assassinations,' Attacks On 'Buildings, Military Bases, Enemy Camps, Villages'

On April 29, 2024, a channel on the Islamic State (ISIS)-operated Rocket.Chat server posted links to the first issue of a series which is dedicated to drones. Links were included to Arabic and English versions of the document on the justpaste.it, mediafire.com, and archive.org file-sharing websites. The links to the first two sites have been blocked, but an eight-page document in both languages remains available on archive.org, to which it appears to have been uploaded on April 28.
